Unburden the Organiser for Optimal Results
Almost all meeting formats such as team meetings, conferences, committee work, negotiations, panel discussions and scientific conferences have also been conducted online since 2020.
Often, the focus is still on technical aspects like “Can everybody hear me?” Yet a professionally moderated online meeting is about much more: smooth moderation of transitions, introduction of external speakers, inclusion of participants, guidance for interaction and collaboration. What is important to you?
My aim as a moderator or co-moderator is to enable you to concentrate on your professional content and to take away the desired result from your event – so that your participants will later look back on the experience feeling enriched. If desired, I can of course also moderate face-to-face events.
Professional Online Moderation means …
Management & structuring of the entire event
Welcome & gap filler
Introduction of speakers & experts
Review & evaluation of chat contributions
Variety through different interaction formats
Perception & appreciation of participants
Adaptation of moderation techniques to the virtual room
Company of group work in breakout sessions
Confident handling of technical issues, chatterboxes & conflicts
With my 15 years of experience as an online moderator, I will support you in the implementation of your online event
- from 2 to 200 people,
- using the software of your choice,
- from content rework for optimal online presentation
- to follow-up documentation of the results.
In my “all-inclusive package” I provide – in addition to the professional (co-)moderation – my software licences (vitero or zoom) and take care of the entire technical and organisational preparation. You don’t have to worry about anything – except arriving on time for the event!
In the area of training, you can draw on my expertise in the → conception of live e-learning and blended learning. For large group facilitation and in citizen participation processes I cooperate with Dr. Antje Grobe from Dialogbasis.
